Information Systems and Volunteer Services

The Information Systems and Volunteer services team maintains the Institute’s alumni database of record and provides a complete suite of IS services for all web-based systems, which includes analysis, design, programming, project management, database administration, network support, as well as software evaluations and recommendations. In addition, the team provides support and tools to staff and volunteers in the identification, recruitment, training, and development of volunteers for the Association and the Institute.
