MIT alumni are members of one of the most diverse, talented, and invigorating communities in the world. The Alumni Association is a gateway to this community. The Association provides services and resources that strengthen alumni ties to MIT and each other–across every stage of life and around the globe. Now that's an infinite connection.

The Alumni Association is governed by a 23-member Board of Directors. The board itself is chosen by the Alumni Association Selection Committee, which is elected by alumni.

The MIT Alumni Association consists of 6 departments, contributing to the overall mission of the Association and MIT:

• Finance and Operations
• Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management
• Information Systems and Volunteers Services
