The Office of Human Resources and Strategic Talent Management is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining a talented and diverse workforce who are committeed to advancing MIT's success and who recognize the importance of their individual contribution in meeting this goal. Our primary focus is to serve our employees professionally and effectively through a range of organizational services and functional expertise in support of the mission of MIT's Alumni Association. Our core services include recruitment and staffing, orientation and onboarding, organizational development, professional development and learning, employment policy and procedures, compensation, employee relations, and rewards and recognition.
